This Harbour Ridge property needed more than a few isolated planting changes. Natural Designs completed a coordinated landscape reset across the front and both sides of the home, creating a cleaner presentation that complements the architecture from the street, entry, and side approaches.
Rebuilding the Landscape from the Ground Up
The project began with a complete review of the existing landscape and the finished result the homeowner wanted. The previous beds had to be cleared before the new layout could be installed as one connected composition rather than a collection of unrelated updates.

Clearing the Existing Landscape
All of the old landscaping was removed, including the aging palms and pine trees that no longer supported the desired appearance of the property. Clearing the site made it possible to rebuild the front and side planting areas with a more intentional layout, stronger sightlines, and a consistent relationship to the home.
Preparing the Property for the New Installation
Before the new landscape was installed, the existing irrigation layout was repaired and repositioned only where needed to support the approved planting and sod plan. Those adjustments were coordinated solely to support the new landscape installation.
The new beds were then prepared for the installation, with planting areas shaped to create clean transitions between the home, walkways, driveway, and lawn. The final layout combines structural palms, layered tropical foliage, flowering accents, foundation planting, mulch, and a light decorative-stone area near the garage.
New Planting and Full Front-and-Side Sod
New landscaping was installed across the visible front and side elevations to create a cohesive property-wide result. Planting heights and spacing were arranged to frame the home without overwhelming the windows, entry, or primary views.
